    Grill Ribs with Mushrooms

    • 1 packet of rabbit grill ribs
    • 2 medium onions
    • 4 cloves of garlic
    • 1 cup port wine
    • 100 ml of white wine
    • 1 beef bouillon cube
    • 1 teaspoon of thyme
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 2 tablespoons lard
    • 1 tablespoon flour
    • 150 grams of mushrooms, preferably fresh
    • 1 teaspoon black pepper
    • salt

    Spice the rabbit with salt, pepper and thyme.
    Browning up the rabbit in mixture of olive oil and lard. Once browned, add the onion and minced garlic. Let it simmer a bit and added the white wine in which broke the flour and bouillon cube and allow to cook. Salteiam to the mushrooms in a little butter to which it joins the port wine. It adds to the rabbit, allowed to establish and serve with accompanying taste.
