    Rabbit Legs in the Oven

    • 1 packet of rabbit thighs cut into pieces
    • 4 tablespoons lard or butter
    • 4 tablespoons mustard
    • 100 ml of white wine
    • 4 cloves of garlic
    • 1 onion
    • 1 bay leaf
    • 1 teaspoon of thyme
    • 1 teaspoon paprika
    • 1 teaspoon black pepper
    • Salt, chilli

    Cut the onion into slices and place in bottom of a baking sheet, then the rabbit pieces, already seasoned with salt, pepper, thyme, chilli and paprika. Join the minced garlic and bay leaf, slash to the rabbit with lard or butter and then with the mustard. Drizzle with white wine. Go to bake in moderate oven, turning occasionally to prevent burning. Accompany with rice and salad.
