    BBQ Rabbit

    • 1 packet of grill ribs
    • 2 tablespoons lard or olive oil
    • 200 ml of white wine
    • 2 tablespoons vinegar
    • 4 cloves of garlic
    • 1 cup port wine
    • 1 bay leaf
    • 1 bunch of parsley
    • 1 teaspoon paprika
    • Salt, chilli

    Spice the rabbit with the minced garlic, bay leaf, white wine, vinegar, salt, chilli, parsley, paprika and port wine.
    Allow to marinate for 3 hours, and again turning. Rabbit runs up and takes to the grid.
    Will be basting with the marinade which was added to the lard or oil. When ready, cut into small pieces and you can sprinkle with the remaining sauce after boiling. Serve with chips and salad.
