    Skewered Grilled Rabbit

    Recipe for 4 people

    800gr rabbit meat (preferably thighs or loins that are easier to debone )
    1 small red bell pepper
    12 mushrooms
    Paus Skewer

    For the marinade :
    4 cloves garlic
    2 bay leaves
    50 ml of white wine
    piri piri
    2 oil tablespoons

    Cut the meat into cubes and pepper and mushrooms in half.
    Mount the expected alternating the ingredients and place them in a tray.
    For the marinade chop fine garlic and parsley , add salt, pepper and piri piri to taste. Finally add the olive oil. Stir well and pour this sauce with kebabs . Leave to marinate for 2 to 3 hours turning them from time to time .
    Take the skewers grilling a hot grill . It takes only 10 to 15 minutes to get ready.
    Serve with a follow-up to taste.
